I am very pleased to announce that effective immediately Mr. Jerry Lastovica has been promoted to President of Flexitallic L.P. Jerry will also join the Board of Flexitallic Ltd. as Vice Chairman. In his new position Jerry will be responsible for both sales and marketing for The Flexitallic Group, Inc. and subsidiaries globally. Reporting to Jerry will be Mr. Miron Bertsch, Vice President of Sales for Flexitallic L.P. (Western Hemisphere), Mr. Gary Briggs, Director of Sales for Flexitallic Ltd. (Eastern Hemisphere), and Mr. Jim Lenahan, Global Marketing Manager and Mr. Sam Zhang, Manager of Flexitallic's Representative Office in China. Jerry will continue to report directly to me.Jerry joined Flexitallic approximately 16 years ago and progressed through the management ranks of Flexitallic L.P., first becoming a Vice President in 2001 and an Executive Vice President in 2004. Jerry earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing from Sam Houston State University and completed the Rice Advanced Management Program at Rice University.I know you will join me in supporting Jerry in his new role. Since 1997 Flexitallic has been integrating its personnel and operating capabilities as a global player in the truest sense of managing its worldwide Marketing Strategy is centered in one person. Jerry has been instrumental and critical in the development and implementation of this Strategy beginning in 2000.
