Floor Factors was founded in 1980 by Gary Crenshaw and Mim Zumwalt. We opened on NW 21st & Flanders where we remained until 1998. We then moved to our current location on NW 17th & Pettygrove. Mim Zumwalt, a great woman, has since passed away. Gary Crenshaw, a man of high standards, remains our company president. Floor Factors was started with 2 installers, 2 owners and a bookkeeper. We now have 75 installers,12 outside salespeople, 3 inside showroom design sales staff, a full office staff and warehouse crew. We try to cover the flooring spectrum for your projects and pride ourselves on the quality of our installations and our knowledgeable loyal staff. Through years of endurance and challenges, Floor Factors has become the largest union floor covering shop in the Pacific Northwest. With our success, we owe many thanks to our customers and plan to continue serving the Northwest for years to come.
