Floral Design Institute, Inc. is a Florida Non Profit Corporation whose goal is to train individuals to be leading floral designers. The Institute is been managed on a daily basis by the founder and director, Dornett L. Mullings, who has over fifteen years of experience in managerial positions in the floral industry. The administration of the Institute is further strengthened by a six member board of directors comprised of a diverse group of individuals with qualifications in law, accounting, floral design, etc. The board meets regularly to review the Institution's operations, policies and evaluate future plans.
