Employees must have the ability to multitask in order to meet the daily demand of employee calls and client questions. That being said, each day is different at Flores & Associates and the ability to be flexible and to provide excellent service in this busy environment is a necessity. Mario is the founder of Flores & Associates which was established in 1986 as a Human Resources Consulting entity specializing in employee selection, compensation and benefits analysis. Over the last seventeen years his leadership, guidance and progressive "outside the box" thinking has guided the firm to become a nationally recognized leader in the field of Flexible Spending, Health Reimbursement, COBRA and Direct Reimbursement Administration.

FLORES & ASSOCIATES was founded in 1986 to provide Human Resources consulting services to a broad cross section of small to mid-sized companies throughout the Southeast. In the early '90s, the company evolved from its Human Resources consulting roots into a national leader in the field of Benefit Administration serving 600+ clients nationwide in the areas of FSA, COBRA, HRA, QTE, Dental, Vision and Retiree Billing.
