Founded in 2003, Florez Engineering, Inc. is a privately owned civil engineering and planning company headquartered in San Diego and providing services throughout Southern California.

Alex Parra has more than 14 years of experience in the industry. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Arizona. As Project Manager, Alex is responsible for design of residential, commercial and industrial projects, with a focus on streets and roads, sewer, water and drainage systems, site planning and hydraulics. Designs typically include consideration of low impact development techniques, site design and structural Best Management Practices.

P.E. and principal Frank Florez has more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering and has worked on a wide range of projects in residential, commercial and public works development throughout San Diego County and Southern California.
