Flow Systems designs and manufactures flowmeters, flow computers, flow controllers, and complete test stands which meet a wide variety of application requirements.

Flow Systems designs and manufactures a variety of flow meters including: Sonic Nozzles (critical flow Venturis) , ASME Flow Nozzles , subsonic Venturis , and orifice meters . In addition, customized fixturing options can be fabricated to connect custom equipment with Flow Systems products.

Education: BS Mechanical Engineering Experience: Twenty-two years of professional experience in mechanical design engineering, computer-aided drafting, and manufacturing. General Management and overall plant operations experience in a production environment. Professional: Member of ASME, SME, and E.I.T. Engineer in Training, E.I.T. Certification.

Flow Systems designed and manufactured an air flow metering test system that employed a binary set of ten sonic nozzles (also called “critical flow venturis” or “critical flow nozzles”). The two largest sonic nozzles were housed in piping runs that conform to ASME specifications. The smaller nozzles were housed in multiple nozzle manifolds, designed and manufactured by Flow Systems.

Education: BS Mechanical Engineering Experience: 5+ years experience in mechanical design engineering, 3D solid modeling, finite element analysis, race car engineering, data analysis, and computer-based numerical methods. 15+ years experience in CNC machining, CNC programming, and related manufacturing.
