About The Flower Cart, Inc The Flower Cart, Inc. has been a family owned and operated Baltimore, MD florist since we opened in 1961. Starting with one little store in Hamilton, we have grown and changed over the years and now have 10 years of online service under our belt and three amazing stores, including our eclectic gift store in the Perry Hall Crossing Center and our brand new, innovative store in the Main Lobby of Johns Hopkins Hospital.
