Description
The FLSC does not have a formal glider ride program. However, the exception in recent years has been the NY State Balloon Festival in Dansville in late August/Early September. The club ceases normal operations that weekend and provides rides in connection with the Festival. This has been a great source of revenue of help keep our membership dues low and often is the opportunity that one or two of the many riders need to experience the thrill of soaring.... so that they will come back to join the club.
