Our Airline Catering business primarily serves international customers and produces innovative high quality cuisine for over 70 world-class airline customers and is backed by a strategic network of 18 production kitchens that stretches from Hawaii to New York JFK. FFG's passenger meals have been meeting and exceeding customer expectations since being founded in 1983 in Chicago.

Automatic Icemakers is a full service leasing company providing ice making machines to customers. Additionally, the company provides back-up ice in the event that a customer needs more. Ice is stored and ready in supply at their plant and can be delivered. Keeping the customer satisfied is of the utmost importance.

Henri has been with FFG for over 24 years and has served as Corporate Executive Chef and Vice President of Research & Development Executive Chef.
