Flying S Aviation is a unique business, offering customers the opportunity to have aircraft (and other) components designed, fabricated and tested. Engineers are well equipped to convert basic sketches into 3D CAD models, which are then used to print 2D drawings for shop technicians to use to fabricate parts. The skilled workshop crew utilize a variety of shop tools, including 3 Axis CNC machines to fabricate metal, wood and composite components. Flying S also offers consultation to companies/indiviuals interested in developing brand new aviation concepts.
