Capt. Pat has lived and fished in Fort Walton Beach since 1975 and become a licensed captain shortly after high school. A friend who was guiding out of Islamorada turned him on to fly fishing in the early 80's and he has been hooked since. Flyliner Charters was established in 1998 and has built a reputation for service and professionalism.
