The Foam Factory is a distributor and fabricator of a wide range of foam, sponge, rubber and upholstery products. Our product lines are catered for both residential and commercial markets. Moreover, these products are offered to both resellers and directly to end consumers. The Foam Factory was started in 1980 and has now grown to encompass a corporate facility located in southeast Michigan. As a family owned and operated business, we take great care in servicing our customers and we strive to provide great products at the best possible price.

What is Visco-Elastic foam (aka Memory Foam)? Originally designed by NASA to provide pressure relief during the intense G-Forces of space shuttle take offs. This type of foam is visco-elastic, open-celled, and temperature sensitive, all of which allows it to provide body-molding and pressure relief capabilities.
