The Foam Factory was founded in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1976 by Stan Regent and takes pride in over 30 years of servicing and fabricating architectural custom foam materials for the building industry. Foam Factory has several divisions and the largest of which is its Builders' Trim Division which supplies columns, mouldings and other fancy architectural trim to residential and commercial builders throughout Florida. Since 1992, the company has occupied a 25,000sq. ft. building. The ultramodern facility is one of two facilities housing administrative, sales and manufacturing functions of the Foam Factory. Their manufacturing equipment is considered to be the finest "state of the art".Each year since its founding in 1976, the business averaged annual sales increases of 15%. In 1994, the annual sales began to increase to nearly 20%. A full 20% increase in sales is projected for the next five years, which will bring total sales to an excess of $10 million.Recently, the Foam Factory has expanded its market beyond the State of Florida and has become a national and international company. With their bilingual international sales manager, the Company has serviced international sales in the Caribbean, Central and South America and has exhibited at trade shows throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Ecuador and Panama.
