Foard Panel originally began in 1985 as a company that installed SIPs for other manufacturers. In 1993 Foard decided that it was time to start manufacturing their own SIPs; believing that better quality SIPs and an easier relationship for customers would be realized. The move also made Foard the only SIP manufacturer that also offered installation with in-house employees. Today, we offer many other unique products and services that are unavailable anywhere else.

Foard Panel offers exceptional services. Our business is about helping you make the best possible building; one that will last a lifetime and more. Besides our quality products, we offer a wide variety of customization options and delivery and install options. Before we even get to the product, we do a lot to make your building work as you intend.

The data below can be applied according to the rules laid out by the NTA in the SIP Engineering Design Guide . If you have any questions about how to apply the data to your project please contact us. Our technical department has years of experience working with SIPs and adapting the data to the different structural properties of our other types of panels. The Structural data below reflects that assessment of Structural Insulated SIPs with EPS cores by NTA.

All our panels come standard with the routing for splines and foam chases on the long edges, but with pre-cut we provide the specialized spline routs for all edges that require them.
