We are a family-owned business in Colorado Springs, operated by Master K9 trainer, Rick Walkley, and his wife, Candace. We specialize in combination training with focus on obedience, behavior modification, under-confidence, and aggression.

Do not confuse “dog handling” with training experience. Some individuals who were dog handlers prior to purchasing a franchise business may include their years of “handling” as “training” experience. An experienced, good trainer will have years dedicated to learning to train dogs, not just handle them in the show ring.

Individually-owned franchises, such as Sit Means Sit, Manners in Minutes, and Bark Busters train under the reputation of an original parent company. The franchise has access to the marketing of the parent business, but the franchise is independently-owned. The owners do not necessarily have the training experience of the original business developer and trainer.
