Client Service Manager Shannon was in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and decided to make a career change and joined The Simonson Group as Client Service Manager. Shannon prides herself in being a ‘paper person’ and is your go-to person for all of your administrative needs or inquiries including: account questions or balance inquiries, new account paperwork, address or phone number changes, beneficiary information updates, check requests, distributions, trade processing, account transfers, rollovers, cost basis or copies of your 1099. She also manages Tracey’s calendar and will assist you in scheduling meetings.
