In 2007, Pastor Jeremy and his wife Jen became the lead pastors of our home church, Rockford First. At that time, he looked to his long time assistant director, Taka Iguchi, to serve as the Director of this discipleship ministry. Jeremy and Taka had known each other and worked together for over 15 years, giving the executive leadership team 30 years of combined experience. This synergistic relationship fostered an environment of limitless ministry and relationship opportunities that enhance your student experience.

Over the years, over a thousand World Changers have graduated from Focus One and launched out into a variety of fields ON purpose and WITH A purpose. Its truly amazing to see all that God has done through this ministry since it was founded in 1993.
