Next, therapeutic exercises are specific. Your doctor can refer you to physical therapy. They should diagnose you with a specific disorder or injury and we will prescribe you exercises based on your diagnosis and our evaluation. We use evidence based practices. You can be assured that the exercises that you perform at a physical therapy session are safe for your situation. Our staff has a lot of experience in exercise prescription and we know how to progress those exercises to make sure that you continue to progress toward your goals.

We do this by freeing up soft tissue restrictions, eliminating muscle imbalances, educating the patient as to what their diagnosis is (and how it effects them), and how their posture/body mechanics makes a difference.
