Puls to provide strategic residential real estate research and analysis to developers, management companies, property management companies, and lenders. Mr. Puls, President of Foley & Puls, Inc. has over 27 years in the residential real estate industry. He received his B. A. in Business Administration and Finance from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. Trained in the fundamentals of real estate management at U.S. Home Corporation, he has experience as a developer, contractor, and project manager. Continuing in the real estate industry with Murray Savings in Dallas, Texas, he was responsible for underwriting, negotiating loan terms, and closing multifamily loans nationwide. As President of Titan Management, he had first hand experience in the management of over 4,000 apartments in Florida, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Lea Ann Deel, a senior analyst, joined the company in 1994.
