For returns or refusals made within 30-days of the original order date for any reason other than being damaged or defective items, the customer is responsible for shipping the items back to Food Insurance™. Once the product is received by Food Insurance™, the customer will be refunded the full order amount less a 15% restocking fee. All sales are final after 30-days from original order date. To return a product, simply follow the steps below: 1. Before returning any items, call our customer service number at 1-866-946-8366 to get a Return Authorization Number.
