Leading the Amerivents team is James Della Place. He has held key positions at NYC & Company, the Official New York City’s Convention and Visitors Bureau in the tourism division, the Waldorf Astoria in the banquets department, and also has over ten years experience with Spirit City Cruises, Bateaux New York working his way up from Corporate Sales manager to the General Sales Manager of both the New York and New Jersey markets.

Chris Bryant is the chief experience officer and a seasoned corporate trainer, speaker, consultant, and coach. Chris specializes in building better brands and enhancing the customer experience. His ever-growing passion to promote excellence led him to found Bryant Group (previously known as Chris Bryant Presents), a training and consulting collective. With over 20 years of business experience with top-tier organizations, his passion for building brand loyalty through superior service has never been stronger.
