Robert LoPiccolo brings 6 years of construction defect experience , to the Forensic team as a Building Science Consultant. A Portland transplant originally from Texas, Rob has enjoyed his last twelve years living and working in downtown Northwest. After attending Texas Tech, Rob obtained a degree in design communication. He now leads the innovation at Forensic as our company continues to grow and succeed in the construction defect industry. His attention to detail carries over to his personal life where he is a motorcycle aficionado as well as culinary wizard.

Years of experience in construction, materials science and green building methods, combined with a commitment to on-time, on-target service, give us an advantage in the building science field.
