FBS has incorporated our years of experience in forensic inspections on buildings damaged by defective construction to better understand and develop causation analysis for buildings damaged by person made or naturally occurring disasters.

Company founder, Thomas Irmiter, (see profile link) brings more than 40 years of experience in the field of construction and design into the process that makes FBS one of the industry leaders.

In addition, we provide detailed project repair scopes and unit price estimates which can be used to better understand the extent of damages caused by the event.

Sometimes it is important to provide additional support to get the job done right. We are often hired by our clients to utilize our unique set of skills to make sure mistakes are not made and steps (no matter how subtle they may seem), are not missed during the rebuilding or new construction process. Traditional building officials and inspectors will occasionally make mistakes or may not be available when they are needed. We can fill in that gap to make sure critical (and sometimes costly) errors do not occur.
