Our company is a family owned and operated business. This care site was established in 1971 and has been serving Grants Pass residents for over 30 years. We took over ownership on August 1st, 2004 and with a Christian perspective are committed to serving the residents in a Christ like manner.
My name is Pam, and I have been with Forest Meadows for over 4 years and It is a wonderful place to work. I have been in the health care industry for over 20 years and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.
My name is Julie, I grew up around my granny who was an RN and she imparted to me the desire to care for others. After becoming a caregiver God blessed me with a son who has Cerebral Palsy, and prepared me to take care of him to this day. Care giving is a part of my life and I fully enjoy caring for my son and the resident of Forest Meadows. I have been a professional caregiver for over 10 years and with Forest Meadows for over 2 years and I look forward to being here in the years to come.

My name is Amanda; I grew up in Idaho and moved to Grants Pass in July of 2010. I have been in the health care industry for over 8 years and I truly enjoy it. The people here are so wonderful and I have never felt so warm and welcomed by a community. Working at Forest Meadows has been very exciting and I love doing activities, talking with the residents and assisting them with the hope to give them one more smile each day.
