Founded by Jhanna Novikov, PermanentMakeup4U has been performing permanent makeup procedures since 1992, and in the beauty industry since 1992. A born artist, Jhanna has been practicing art, including her love for photography for many years, even back in her home country, Russia. Jhanna works with two Plastic Surgeons, Andrea and Brian Hass, and a Dermatologist, Dk. Garry Shorre, to better serve her patients to meet all of their skin care and beauty needs. Jhanna received her permanent makeup education from the American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics , in Arlington, Texas, while taking advanced courses and seminars, keeping up to date with intradermal concepts. Jhanna is a Certified Master Permanent Makeup Technician.
