Form Relief Tool Co., Inc. was established in 1986 and is a one family owned business with over 35 years of experience with Cam Relieved Port Contour cutters and Form Tools. We have a knowledgeable and dedicated employee team with low turnover. Form Relief consistently manufactures quality metal cutting tools to tight tolerances.
Form Relief Tool Co., Inc. was established in 1986 and is a one family owned business with over 35 years of experience with CAM Relieved Port Contour Cutters and Form Tools. We have a knowledgeable and dedicated employee team with low turnover. All cutting tools are manufactured to print specifications and customer requirements. The tools are inspected against those specifications. Quality Control sheets documenting the specifications, tolerances, and the actual tool dimensions are filled out in the final inspection and a copy is sent out with each tool.
Form Relief Tool Co., Inc. does not give any warranty on any of its products, except as follows: Form Relief Tool Co. Inc., warrants each new product manufactured and sold by Form Relief Tool Co. Inc., or one of our authorized distributors against defective materials and workmanship. Form Relief Tool Co., Inc. only obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product, without extra charge.
