Items needing cancellation must be cancelled within 24-hours of placing the order. Orders are shipped within 24-hours and cannot be cancelled thereafter. You may refuse the item upon receipt and incur the return shipping charges, or accept the item and return it to us with 14 business days. If we do not receive the unwanted item within the 14-day grace period, we will assume you have decided to keep the item and will not issue refunds or exchanges thereafter. SHOES: Shoes must be returned with all packing materials and in the original manufacturers box.
