I have 30+ years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. I built my first house, with the help of my father, when I was in my early teens. Since then, I have been building, remodeling, and designing homes. Throughout my career in the home industry, I have done everything from small remodel jobs to complete scrape and rebuilds.

The objective of our inspections is to provide our clients a written report describing the issues discovered, from the observations made within the inspection, as well as research conducted by the inspector. These items are deemed by the inspector to be of interest to our client to help in the decision making process to either purchase, lease or identify maintenance issues for a commercial property.

If you are purchasing a new home, someone will need to be there to provide access. We strongly encourage and welcome you to accompany us during the inspection process.

We provide complete Property Condition Assessments (PCA’s) based upon the standards set forth by ASTM E2018-08, an industry standard for a baseline property condition assessment.

Working closely with our clients we provide them with a PCA Report based on their particular needs and expectations. As each property is different, so are the needs, of our clients. This means that each report can vary substantially from another.
