Forman Physical Therapy, PC is an orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation service. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and the most professional experience for patients in transition to from injury to recovery. Marcus Forman, founder and director of Forman Physical Therapy graduated from Syracuse University in 1991. He received his Physical Therapy degree from Daemen College in 1997, where he was awarded the Professional Sports Care Scholarship. Following his internship in sports medicine at The Nicholas Institute of Sports Medicine and Athletic Trauma (NISMAT) at Lenox Hill Hospital, Marcus spent four years at Sports Physical Therapy of New York, PC, at Lincoln Center, working with a variety of patients with sports related injuries ranging from weekend warriors to professional athletes as well as dancers from the Alvin Ailey School of Dance and the American Ballet Theatre.
