Forrar Williams Architects is a full-service architecture, planning and interior design firm that was established in 1977, in Sacramento, California, by Robert Forrar and Hilton Williams. FWA's professional services include architectural design, interior design, programming and space planning, master planning, entitlements, construction documents, assistance with permitting and bidding, and construction administration.

FWA's highest priorities are quality design and service . We listen to our clients' needs, learn about the functioning of their business, and work to support their strategic plans. Then, and only then, we proceed to develop a product that is architecturally exciting, functionally sound, and responsive to the client's goals. Robert Forrar has 40 years of professional experience as an architect, planner and designer. His diverse experience includes data center, office, recreation, retail, parking, light industrial and custom residential projects. Mr.

Hilton Williams has 40 years of professional experience as an architect, planner and designer. He has been responsible for numerous healthcare, office, institutional, mixed-use and retail projects for both public and private clientele. Under his direction, FWA has received award-winning recognition for excellence in planning, architecture and interior design including, most recently, the Gold Pointe Corporate Center in Rancho Cordova.
