Security Controls The Bank requires its customers to use a secure Internet browser to access account information and perform transactions, which currently are limited to internal transfers between accounts maintained at the Bank. Secure browsers employ secure socket layer ("SSL") technology to communicate with servers. This technology encrypts - or scrambles - account information so that it is virtually impossible for anyone other than the Bank and the customers to read it.

User ID to be unlocked ** If the Company ID needs to be unlocked, the user calling must be the Super User of the Company. If the customer provides the appropriate information then tech support is continued. If the customer fails to provide or is in unaware of the required information, then a conference call is placed with his/her appropriate branch, to verify the customer's identity. If the customer fails to provide the appropriate information, and fails to acknowledge his identity with branch personnel, then tech support is no longer continued.

The Forrest City Building and Loan Association began in 1919 chartered by the State of Arkansas, and at the end of the first year had modest assets of only $12,450.00. Mr. S. L. Kirkpatrick was the first president, and attorney C. W. Norton, Sr. was the first secretary and managing officer. The association was located in the law office of Mr. Norton and remained there until 1962.
