Our acclaimed Biology Department and Chemistry Department help Fort Valley State University send more students of African descent to medical school and dental school than any other state school in Georgia. And our comprehensive liberal arts curriculum continues to set new standards of excellence.With an enrollment near 2,500, our school is the perfect size for building lifelong ties that go beyond race and background-ties that are based on a shared love of learning and thirst for personal growth.
