Real Estate Instructor – When Lisa is not instructing Pre-Licensing courses at Fortune Academy, she is the GIS (Geographic Information Systems) Coordinator for the City of Myrtle Beach. Her essential duties involve overseeing GIS data creation and issuing all addresses within the City limits. With over 9 years of experience in GIS, her primary focus is to make GIS as user-friendly as possible for all end-users.

Appraisal Instructor – Ki has been a licensed appraiser for over 16 years and is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and active in local REALTOR Association activities. Ki teaches for Fortune Academy in the Myrtle Beach area.

Dale has been an approved instructor for over 4 years and has taught pre license, post license, broker A, Broker B and continuing education. He also a certified zipForm instructor and has taught zipForms for the Association and various real estate offices. He taught the NAR quadrennial Ethic’s requirement for the Spartanburg Association of Realtors.
