We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for your product return.

Once we receive your product back, we will issue you a refund in 4 to 6 weeks. Refunds are given in the Transaction method the original product was purchased. For example, if you used Google Checkout to purchase your product, your refund will be issued through Google Checkout.
