Foster CM Group, Inc. (FCMG) was founded by Paul W. Foster in 1992 after acquiring over 15 years of experience in project/construction management, architecture and planning while associated with Top 100 nationally recognized and local award winning project/construction management and architectural firms. During the time spent with these firms, Mr. Foster served in technical and management capacities on such projects as the award winning River Center Mall in San Antonio, Texas; Victoria Tower (currently KCI tower) in San Antonio; award winning Edgewood Independent School District projects in San Antonio; Jacksonville International Airport in Jacksonville, FL., along with many other large and mid-size commercial, educational, aviation, city and government projects in and outside of the San Antonio, Texas area.
