HOLIDAY CLOSINGS AT THE LIBRARIES Tyler Free will be closed on Monday, February 15 in observance of Presidents' Day. THE LIBRARIES NEED SOME FRIENDS! Will you be our "BFF"? If you use the library regularly, have ever had a pleasant experience at the library, or just value libraries in general, please consider becoming a member of the Friends of The Libraries of Foster. Friends groups can be great assets to libraries by serving as library advocates, coordinating fundraisers or helping out as volunteers at the library. A few hours of your time could make a big difference. If you're interested, the library director, Kris Chin, will be serving tea and scones at Foster Public Library on Thursday, February 11 at 10:00am. If you are unable to attend, you can email Kris at libraries.of.foster@gmail.com and let her know you're interested in becoming a Friend. This is a great opportunity to meet friends and neighbors with common interests and a love for their libraries. Please join us!
