The hospital offers general medical care, including inpatient, emergency, surgery and obstetrics. It also offers extensive ancillary and health care services. For over 75 years, FCH has been the leader in meeting the health care needs of this area.

Founded in 1854, Fostoria has grown to a population of over 14,000 residents with an estimated 20,000 persons residing in the surrounding area. Fostoria is located on the border of three Northwest Ohio counties: Seneca, Hancock and Wood. The city has a Mayor-Council form of government.

The Greater Fostoria Community Foundation was established to provide an opportunity for those with a sense of community loyalty and pride to make a lasting and tangible benefit to their community. The GFCF operates independently of government or business and its sole objective is to benefit the community.
