Foundation Repair Services, Inc. was incorporated in 2004 primarily as a foundation underpinning contractor. Over the next few years, we have grown to a full service specialty contracting firm.

Foundation Repair Services, Inc. has been repairing home and commercial foundations since 2004. We provide residential foundation repair in Charlotte and within a two-hour radius of the city. We also serve homeowners in Asheville and surrounding areas in Western North Carolina.

Tiebacks are commonly used to resist lateral loading and to underpin a foundation prior to excavation. In many areas of the Carolinas, soil conditions require they be used in conjunction with sheetpile systems or soldier piles. Our experience providing foundation services throughout the South gives us a unique knowledge about local soil conditions and which solutions are best for your site.

We install concrete decoration for businesses, including restaurants, hotels, conference and event centers, offices, and more. We provide residential concrete finishes for homes, too.
