The goal of this tool is to allow employees to be able to measure their production compared to the estimate on a daily basis and let them know how they performed as a "team" on a daily basis. As the field inputs this data on a daily basis, project managers can review daily and compare to the estimate to see how production compares to the estimate in lieu of waiting until the end of a project when its too late. After a project is completed the data is stored and used by estimators to use on future estimates. Compared to competitors this data is real data for that specific company, instead of a national average "estimated" cost, etc...The service teaches and trains a company and its employees how to understand the tool and use it to benefit the company and raise profits for all.
