Originally founded in 1988 by David L. Oldani , Four-D Software, Inc (Four-D) is an established medical software development company focused on the creation, integration and service of infrastructure products and departmental systems for medical institutions. Four-D currently has seven major medical technology systems in operation, including the recent web-based application, 'Medatrax', now operational & supporting Nurse Anesthesia Program Administration.
