Dan first came to Four Rivers in 2006 as a QMRP and was instrumental in assisting Four Rivers in developing the Behavior Management Services through the Medicaid Waiver program. Dan has experience working with individuals within Four Rivers’ residential program, as well as, other residential providers, school systems and special education co-op’s. Dan previously worked as an Independent Waiver Case Manager and has prior experience providing direct care in group home settings, working with other behavioral providers and Child Protective Services.

Four Rivers has 25 years of experience in working as a prime and subcontractor. The four Industrial Divisions are located in southwestern Indiana which can produce, manufacture and distribute a wide range of products. Each location has their own production area available to take on several different jobs with no job being too small. They can work as a prime or subcontractor providing experience, capability and dependability. Quality is the number one priority.

Lindsay is Four Rivers’ Level 1 Behavior Management provider. She is a licensed Clinical Psychologist in both Indiana and Illinois. Lindsay has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois, a Master’s of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana State University and she holds a Doctorate of Philosophy, Counseling Psychology from Indiana State University, as well. Lindsay has prior experience providing mental health training to family doctors at Union Hospital.

Kris began working with Healthy Families in 2002. She has always enjoyed working with parents and their children. Kris has 4 grown boys and has been blessed with beautiful grandchildren.

Kaci has an extensive background working as a Child and Adolescent Therapist and providing inpatient and outpatient services to a variety of individuals, including individuals with developmental disabilities. She also provided Crisis Intervention to children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. In addition, she has worked as a substitute teacher, and a teaching assistant within a special education co-op.
