Lisa A. Biase is President of the Law Offices of Lisa A. Biase, P.C., a full-service law firm specializing in franchise law. Lisa began her career in 1989, where she practiced franchise law as well as business law and civil litigation while as an associate for several large and prominent law firms in New Jersey. In 1996 through 2007, Lisa continued her franchise law career as in-house counsel for several large public companies.

ABOUT THE CLEANING AUTHORITY: Founded in 1989, The Cleaning Authority currently operates over 170 residential cleaning franchise locations across North America. The company features a unique Detail-Clean Rotation System®, proprietary operations software, national call center, and an extensive employee training program that is a model for the residential cleaning industry. The Cleaning Authority is privately held and headquartered in Columbia, MD.

First and foremost, it’s experience. The team members of FranServe all come from several years of experience in the Franchise Consulting industry. Our faculty members and support staff also have years of experience in training and supporting Franchise Consultants.

“I have been a franchise consultant for over 9 years. I enjoy every minute of my “professional choice” to leave the education field, after having spent 13.5 years as a teacher and administrator. My background includes a BA in Elementary education, a MS in School Administration and an ED. S. in School Administration. I was an Elementary Educational Administrator at the age of 26 and continued for 10.5 years as a principle. One I decided to leave the education field I chose to work in the franchise field as a consultant.
