CBL Center, constructed across from Hamilton Place Mall in Chattanooga, Tennessee, serves as the corporate headquarters for CBL Associates, one of the nation’s largest shopping center developers. The building was designed to express strength in the national market place as well as to provide Class A office space to CBL’s corporate headquarters and to other tenants. The building’s two-story lobby provides a gracious, beautiful and secure entry into the building.

The Chattanoogan Hotel & Conference Center was designed as Chattanooga’s major, full-service, business district hotel with world class facilities to accommodate a broad range of conference and convention activities. It complements other existing full service downtown business district hotels and other similar, but larger, existing conference venues. The Chattanoogan was envisioned to serve as an anchor and the impetus for the emerging renaissance of the South Side of Downtown Chattanooga.

The Chattanooga City Council Building is a renovation of the former Municipal Court and Jail building in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Designed in 1937 by W. H. Sears and P. B. Shepherd Architects, the exterior limestone elevations were detailed in the Art Deco style. The new program provided a large entry lobby, a 150-seat council chamber, meeting room, and council administrative offices on the first floor. The second floor has private offices for each of the nine Council members. A new connector contains a stairway and elevator with a connecting lobby back to City Hall.
