We have many years of experience advising individuals and families who are new to the planning process. We also have experience handling more complex estate issues, including disputes between family members and will contests. We understand that families often struggle with difficult issues and we are ready to help with this sometimes challenging process. As a member of the Panel of Mediators at The Mediation Group, Inc., Jeff Fraser also offers mediation services in the area of estate or family business disputes.

Jeff Fraser has a degree in Psychology from Boston College ( magna cum laude ) and is a graduate of Boston College Law School. He has over thirty years experience in private practice, including all types of personal injury, divorce, wills and estates, real estate, and business law. Mr. Fraser has been awarded the prestigious "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell in recognition of his skill and integrity. Mr. Fraser has extensive experience as a mediator in both civil cases and divorce and family cases.
