Description
“A lot of people aren’t aware of the impact that Fraser has to the local community,” said Chuck Dembroski, marine superintendent at Benson Electric. “They see a ship sitting down there in the ice and think nothing is going on. They don’t always realize the variety of jobs that are associated with that ship.” Benson Electric, which celebrated its centennial last year, is a long-standing supplier to the marine industry. The shipyard provides a lot of work for Benson and the two firms work closely together.
