Fredon machinists are well versed in working with all types of materials from standard shapes of bar stock to highly complex castings and forgings. We have the capabilities and resources to machine materials ranging from plain Carbon Steels, Alloy and Stainless Steels, to high-temperature Superalloys such as Inconel and Hastelloy. We are specialists in working with Magnesium, Titanium and other non-ferrous metals with unique physical properties.

Quality is the focal point of everything we do at Fredon Corporation. Our AS 9100C with ISO 9001:2008 certified quality system is built on our many years of manufacturing experience. This system provides a framework for us to provide quality parts for our commercial, aerospace, and defense industry customers. Our climate-controlled production facility and state of the art metrology laboratory allow us to maintain and measure tolerances as tight as 0.0002”.

In a continuing effort to improve quality, Fredon Corporation has completed numerous customer training programs and conducts semi-annual in-house quality audits. Our highly skilled staff is often trained in-house to fulfill specific customer requirements. All of the products we manufacture are 100% guaranteed from defects in workmanship.
