Thomas Feldman joined Free Flow Power in 2013 as Senior Project Manager. As a member of the Project Development Team, Mr. Feldman is responsible for advancing and licensing Free Flow Power's pipeline of conventional hydropower projects. Prior to joining Free Flow Power, Mr. Feldman was a principal with Concentric Energy Advisors, a regulatory and financial consulting firm focused on the US electric and natural gas industries. Mr. Feldman has 15 years of experience in the energy and financial services industries. Mr. Feldman has a BA in Economics from Union College and a MBA from Babson College.

The company, founded in 2007, has had fits and starts over the years. Earlier this year, it abandoned plans for hydropower plants on the Mississippi River, after using a $1.4 million grant from the U.S. Department of Energy to test a proprietary technology. In a letter to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in June, Free Flow Power said that pursuing those projects was not viable. Feldman, the company vice president, said the Mississippi River project ran into a combination of technical and regulatory hurdles that were insurmountable, and made financing difficult. He said Williams Dam is a simpler type of project. It uses a conventional hydropower technology that is used all across the country.

Debbie Taylor-Nicoleau Joined Free-Flow-Power in July 2011. She has 9 years of experience in Finance and Office Management, Mrs.

Ushakar Jha joined Free Flow Power in 2011. He has 8 years of experience in design and consulting of hydropower projects. Mr. Jha has Bachelors in civil engineering and masters in Hydraulic engineering. He also has MBA from Hult International Business School, Boston.

Jonathan Dollard, PE joined Free Flow Power in April 2012 as Vice President of Engineering. Prior to joining Free Flow Power, Mr. Dollard has had more than 20 years of experience in hydropower industry. Mr. Dollard was formerly with Enel Green Power North America, Inc. (formerly CHI Energy, Inc.) for the last 14 years and was responsible for the operation and maintenance of over 65 hydroelectric and other renewable energy generating projects across the United States. Mr. Dollard was also previously employed with Rivers Engineering and completed various civil, structural and water resources analyses and designs.
