Return Policy For any terminals or software that you buy from Freedom Merchants Corp, you will have a 30-day period to return any defective, non-working equipment or software. This 30-day period represents the date at which the terminal or software must be received in our offices. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. After a review of the returned equipment or software, a refund will be issued to the original credit card charged or via check if no credit card was charged within 15 days from receipt of equipment or software.
