Water Gremlin operates a lead processing facility in White Bear Lake and has used Freelance as our primary staffing service for over 15 years. Together we have formed a unique partnership that has assisted Water Gremlin to be able to operate in a highly regulated industry. Freelance provides OSHA required training both on and off site. They also provide additional value added services such as: personal coaching and motivating employees, exit interviews, quick response time, and quality people on short notice.
