Community experience . Lopez has had a life-long commitment of working with community nonprofit organizations. He served the nonprofit community for over 20 years in several capacities. He has served on many boards as a director and officer. He has counseled many nonprofit organizations, provided legal services, delivered presentations and assisted with strategic planning, board development and a variety of other capacity building services.

In addition to his expertise in nonprofit law, Lopez has extensive experience in strategic planning, board development, social enterprise and sustainability.
